Meatball Flatbread Pizzas

It’s pizza night! 🍕 These 5-ingredient meatball pizzas are hot ‘n ready in just 20 minutes. Deliciously cheesy, crispy and packed with flavor, using basic ingredients. For quick shortcuts, use store-bought flatbread and frozen meatballs. Drizzle with hot honey butter (trust me!), and watch these pizzas fly off the pan.

Keeping things easy? That’s my favorite hobby.

It doesn’t always work out like that, as I love to make fun, fussy meals sometimes.

But, the other six days of the week, you can find me mixing up dinners that are easy, frugal and family friendly. Pizza is always people pleasing, especially when everyone gets to add their favorite toppings. The happy belly groans around the dinner table tell me that this dinner is a winner! So, we keep it on rotation and serve cheesy slices with salads, at least once per week.

The kids love these pizzas, and I love that half the work is done for me!

Using flatbreads like naan or pita bread make our crust super flavorful, fast, and simple. All that’s left for us to do is add what we like! In this house, no one complains about sliced meatballs and mozzarella. Gotta add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan, too!

Ready to make your own Meatball Flatbread Pizzas?

• Preheat to 500 degrees F. Prepare a large baking sheet or pizza stone.
