We absolutely love these spooky strawberry ghosts enrobed in white chocolate, dotted with dark chocolate eyes and mouths. Quick, easy and always a pleasure to see at parties. All the little ghouls and goblins will snatch these strawberries up in an instant!
The steps are super simple for your own Strawberry Ghosts:

Place strawberries on a large baking sheet, coated in nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips.

One at a time, dip strawberries in melted chocolate. Set on the platter.

Place platter in your refrigerator to set the chocolate.

Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate chips until smooth.

Dot ghost eyes and mouths onto the strawberries.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Easy Strawberry Ghosts
Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh strawberries, rinsed and pat dry
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Place strawberries on a large platter or baking sheet, coated in nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips. Stir every 30 seconds, or until completely melted and smooth. To give a more dippable consistency, stir in a teaspoon (or so) of neutral oil or melted butter.
- One at a time, dip strawberries in melted white chocolate. Set on the platter.
- Place platter in your refrigerator to set the chocolate.
- Meanwhile, melt dark chocolate chips until smooth. Using a toothpick or squeeze bottle, dot ghost eyes and mouths onto the strawberries.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
