Ready to cook your own Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet?
• In a large bowl, combine steak strips with soy sauce, olive oil, hot sauce and pepper. Toss and allow to marinade while you cook potatoes.
• In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter. Once butter is melted, add potatoes. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and tender. Transfer potatoes to a plate and set aside.
• Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and garlic to the same skillet, set to medium-high. Lay steak strips in one layer. Cook for 2 minutes, flipping once, until browned.
• Return potatoes to the skillet with the steak. Cook until heated through, 1-2 minutes more. Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
• Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh thyme and grated Parmesan, if desired.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1-1/2 lb. flank steak, sliced against grain
- 1-1/2 lb. baby yellow potatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Kosher salt and cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan, optional

Prefer a different cut than flank steak? You can also use rib eye, tenderloin, strip loin, strip steak, or your preferred cut.
